Our Story
Natalie & Alexa
Founders of Ilustra Cleaning
A Family Business Built on Care
Ilustra was founded by Natalie and Alexaibeth (Alexa) with a simple goal: to provide cleaning services with the same care, attention to detail, and high standards we would want for our own spaces.
With experience in professional cleaning practices and a strong background in the manufacturing industry, we bring a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every project.
For us, it’s more than cleaning it’s about doing a great job and making sure our clients feel comfortable, cared for, and safe in their space.
WHY ILUSTRA?
We believe good service should speak for itself the same way real character always does.
Ilustra was built on responsibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile for every space we touch.
The name Ilustra means to “illustrate” to be an example.
That's what we set out to do with every space we clean: show, not just tell, what good service looks like.
Our Promise
We believe that the way we do our work says something about who we are.
At Ilustra, our promise is to take responsibility for every detail, honor the trust placed in us, and leave every space better than we found it. We don't measure our work only by what gets cleaned, but by the care, consistency, and integrity behind it.
